Fakat IP adresi s\u00f6z konusu oldu\u011funda, \u00f6zellikle de IPv4 taraf\u0131nda, kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131zda bamba\u015fka bir ger\u00e7ek var: <strong>b\u00f6lgesel internet kay\u0131t otoritelerinin (RIR) politikalar\u0131<\/strong>. Kuzey Amerika b\u00f6lgesi i\u00e7in bu rol\u00fc \u00fcstlenen ARIN (American Registry for Internet Numbers), son y\u0131llarda IPv4 k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 y\u00f6netebilmek i\u00e7in tahsis ve transfer politikalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131k s\u0131k g\u00fcncelliyor.<\/p>\n<p>Bu g\u00fcncellemeler sadece teorik metinler de\u011fil; do\u011frudan b\u00fct\u00e7enize, a\u011f mimarinize, b\u00fcy\u00fcme h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131za ve hatta m\u00fc\u015fterilerinize verdi\u011finiz SLA\u2019lere dokunuyor. \u00d6zellikle ISP\u2019ler, bar\u0131nd\u0131rma sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131lar\u0131, SaaS \u00fcreticileri ve b\u00fcy\u00fck e-ticaret projeleri i\u00e7in ARIN\u2019in att\u0131\u011f\u0131 her ad\u0131m; IP maliyetlerini, b\u00fcy\u00fcme stratejilerini ve teknik bor\u00e7lar\u0131 yeniden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmeyi gerektiriyor. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da \u00f6zellikle operasyon ve planlama taraf\u0131nda do\u011frudan etki eden y\u00f6nleri \u00f6zetleyelim.<\/p>\n<h3><span id=\"IPv4_kitligi_bekleme_listeleri_ve_kucuk_blok_gercegi\">IPv4 k\u0131tl\u0131\u011f\u0131, bekleme listeleri ve k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck blok ger\u00e7e\u011fi<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>IPv4 taraf\u0131nda ARIN\u2019in klasik anlamda \u201crahat\u00e7a IP tahsis etti\u011fi\u201d d\u00f6nem bitti.
